Open only to Niagara Students. This event is modeled after the concept of speed dating. Students are given the opportunity to practice and develop their networking skills as they talk with multiple employers and receive feedback. The networking event would be extremely helpful for anyone entering the job market and those who feel they need more practice marketing themselves to employers.

You’ve got the degree and the resume. What more do you need? You need to stand out. Be different — a commodity that your prospective employer can’t do without. Learn what your employer is looking for, then market yourself appropriately. The trick is to stay true to your capabilities and skills, but rise above the crowd.
